Oak or Douglas fir?
Taste determines whether you choose an oak or a Douglas-fir roof. Both wood species are very suitable for a roof, porch or shed. Oak wood is slightly more durable than Douglas wood. Oak is heavier than Douglas-fir in terms of weight and has a slightly more luxurious appearance. Douglas wood is cheaper and somewhat easier to work with.

The price of the framework
The price of the timber frame or the trusses are mentioned above. In the calculator module you can easily calculate the price of the sidewalls, the roof boarding, the EPDM roofing, the posts and the buoys. Click on the calculator to the right of this text. The delivery time of a roofing is usually about 7 weeks after ordering.

Assembly of the timber frame
In the assembly of the trusses, so the skeleton of the roofing, no screw is used. The whole wood construction is prefabricated with mortise and tenon joints. Simply tap the wooden pins into the pre-drilled holes. The wood connections are very strong, much stronger than screws. The assembly time is also greatly reduced. We deliver a ready-to-use, numbered construction kit with a handy, clear construction drawing. Fast and stable assembly is guaranteed.

Everything made to measure
All our roofing systems are made to measure exclusively for each order, so that we can guarantee that everything fits together perfectly. The complete timber frame is sawn to size and processed. Therefore, the delivery time is approx. 5 weeks after ordering. We have fixed standardized models, so that we can offer a high quality roofing, shed or veranda.

Small adjustments
Small adjustments can be made, for example: longer uprights than standard, or uprights shifted a little more to the left or right. 

The assembly of the sidewalls and roof boarding
You have to assemble the walls, roof boarding and a possible door yourself. The wood for the walls and the roof are delivered in separate parts. This wood we do not cut to length, otherwise it is not possible to assemble without gaps. Some experience is required, our advice is to assemble with 2 or 3 people.
All our wood is harvested from sustainable forestry, and thanks to the use of first-class Douglas fir and oak, this roof, porch, shed or pool house always has a very high craftsmanlike quality.
